Birdlife on the Lochan
The lochan is home to a rich and varied amount of bird life,
some resident all year round and some seasonal visitors:
Swans, Herons, Oystercatchers, Tufted Ducks, Mandarian Ducks,
Gossanders, Little Grebes, Canada Geese
