You are welcome to contact us first with your provisional dates before making a booking. We would like to know a little about you and your holiday requirements.
This is also an ideal opportunity for you to reserve your holiday with an initial 25% deposit, and the balance paid 35 days prior to arrival.
In the booking section below you can check availability of dates, get a price and make a booking. You can either pay in full straight away, or you can select “Offline Payment” for us to then get in touch with you to arrange either a 25% deposit payment or full payment.

Minimum length of stay 3 to 6 nights depending on the time of year.
After a reservation is made the booking section will update to show your confirmation.
Please note that if you cancel after starting the booking process then the original dates you selected may show as unavailable. Clearing your history / cookies / temporary internet files resolves this issue. Or if you prefer just contact us.
Booking Policy
Prior to making a reservation request we would like to know a little about you and your holiday requirements.
As you will see from our reviews, we are passionate about all our guests having the best possible holiday experience. We like to know our customers and give them a wonderful personal service.
Therefore getting in touch with us prior to booking would be very much appreciated and of course it is also an ideal opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have.
Should you book your holiday without first getting in touch, please note that we may email you regarding any further information we may need.
We respectfully request that the following points are carefully noted:

Each of our lodges is strictly for a maximum of 6 people

Minimum age of primary renter is 30 years old

Children are welcome but we have a minimum age limit of ten years old

No children (persons under 18 years) to be left alone in the Lodge

No smoking

Strict no pets policy

Not suitable for stag or hen type parties etc.

Charging of electric cars or other motor vehicles at the Lodge is not permitted

No bicycles, canoes, body boards etc to be stored in or around the property

No BBQs permitted on site
If Guests are found in breach of the above conditions all Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately.

Please also note that our Lodges and their furnishings are unique to us and do not represent any of the other properties here at Glengoulandie. The other lodges all have different owners, and many are used purely as private second homes.
All lodges operate independently and there is no central reception. We do however live nearby and are on site frequently, so we are easily available if you need help or advice.

"This was our third visit to the lodges and that in itself, tells the story of how much we enjoy our time there. The lodge is in a beautiful location and very well furnished and equipped. A lovely welcome package on arrival is supplied by the owners, who live locally if any problems/questions arise. I cannot recommend these Lodges highly enough, for location, scenery, cleanliness and comfortable home from home."
